A DPI uncovers defects at the early stage of the production and
corrects them in time so that the defect rate for the rest of
production is lowered. It makes sure that the production conforms
to your standards. Also, with DPI, we are able to check the production
schedule and confirm that the products will be ready according to
your shipment schedule. A DPI helps you avoid the possible delay caused
by the defects in production.

PSI is the most effective inspection that confirms the whole shipment’s
quality level. To perform the PSI, we require the product to be 100%
completed and at least 80% of the goods to be packed. We will randomly
select inspection samples according to AQL standards. Based on different
product categories, we have developed our special criteria and checklist
for the inspection. Normally, We will check the below aspects during a
pre-shipment inspection.
